I like that notion.

Lars Von Trier was rumored to have challenged Scorsese to re-make "Taxi Driver" as a collab between the two directors. My initial reaction was, "Fuck that!", but after pondering, it would actually have potential to be really fucking cool. Jeremy Renner as Travis Bickle, I could totally see that working. And damn, maybe working with Lars would get Scorsese to start making fucked up movies again.
