The rest is average late SY with a few nice riffs, but a lot less effective and powerful than say NURSE or even half of RR.
As a last LP, it doesn't blow my mind, but it doesn't need to, it's just their last studio album. SYR 9 is a great companion as a last new music release. It's one of the best SYRs too with very inspired and inspiring moments.
I still find it difficult to realize that there won't be any more new Yoof songs....

there will be new old songs, for sure.
