There are several things unclear about all this. Why didn't Berdan and Greene convince him to go on trial, if they trusted his word when the allegations started popping up all over the place and they found out? Also, why is Greene saying now that Berdan's comments as posted by pokkeherie are new to her? I can understand they are close friends and all that, but surely this would logically result in one's reputation as a musician and human being to be severely tarnished, as well as destroying what was a great band.
