hey blaster

I have heard allusions to beck TRYING to work verbal magic a la Dylan, but I have never ever read or heard anyone say he compares in terms of musical output, quality, influence, etc.

again, I stated I do not liek Beck. I find his sound old and tired with bleep bleep noises and some wack wack WACK DJ scratchin'

just a personal opinion.

the lenny comparison is apt to a point though, both adapt old sounds, old styles, but the difference lies in that lenny is a traditionalist and really seeks to imitate while beck is a progressive and seeks to add new things to the amalgasm of influences he draws from.
