i prefer hardwood with a little mesquite thrown in for flavor. but i won't be bunkering down here. mobility is nobility. fleeing is the way to go, while taking the occasional hostage to feed on (you can even keep them alive while you harvest the parts-- no need for the meat to spoil)

i might reconsider ditching the vinyl, but i've learned from the joos-- transportable wealth is where it's at. the weight will slow you down.

on 2nd thought, i could keep an underground vault with all hefty treasures until the hostilities are over.
