And beyond that, Trump promotes an atmosphere of fear and hate. This does affect a lot of people. Just because the economy seems somewhat okay on the surface that doesn't mean that everything's A-okay. One only has to look at the kind of atrocities that happen at the border (
Cages, for crying out loud), or what ICE is doing. This hits people who already, societally speaking, don't really have a voice. And then there are of course blue collar Joe and Jane who have to worry about healthcare. I may be looking in from the outside as well, so of course I can't grasp the entire scope of things. But if one does take a look, it's quite easy to see how everday life has been negatively affected by Trump's admin.
