Watched a cookery programme featuring Rick Stein, a famous English chef who specialises in fish dishes. He travelled all over the world cooking the most exotic fish dishes imaginable that was relevant to the country he visited and concluded at the end of the series that the best fish dish ever created is fish and chips. I was like, "what the fuck?!" A piece of deep fried battered cod with chips is the best fish dish in the world? He was either incredibly biased or insane. I suspect the former.
