On the other hand, in most parts of Vietnam, dog meat is local speciality (thit cay, as they call it) and is widely available in restaurants as well as on markets.

it's not a daily dish, it's a special thing.
I asked the korean guy in the lift.

maybe not as common as in vietnam but yeah they do.
