What is more important is not these results themselves, but in particular the reaction of those who voted yes. Will they concede defeat peacefully, civilly, or will they launch demonstrations, protests, boycotts? Further how will Britain react, will they increase efforts to pander to the demands for reform, particularly in Scotland's representation in government, or will they see the "no vote" as somehow supporting the status quo?
