i'm not really sure, knox. that must be some really weird korean restaurant, frankly.
been to both countries, learn about their cutures, cuisine included, however never had the experience of dog eating in South Korea.
On the other hand, in most parts of Vietnam, dog meat is local speciality (
thit cay, as they call it) and is widely available in restaurants as well as on markets.
(first I intended to paste some pictures here as well, however after seeing some google images I don't find it necessary anymore)
