I find this one to be massively overrated. Atmospherically it seems like it might go somewhere every now and then, but it's bogged down by the terribly one note vocal delivery. It's a solid release, and an interesting turn of style for the band. I find Hell Songs and Canada Songs more dynamic and chaotic overall, back then the band was more on par w/ dudes like Dillinger Escape Plan or AIDS Wolf. With that in mind, I'd argue that YWGWYW is actually their most cohesive overall so I understand the hype.
I saw Daughters live w/ the Locust and Cattle Decapitation as a younger lad, and the singer accidentally spit into my mouth. What a lucky boy I was.
