As I was looking into your order, I found a problem on the back end of the site. Thanks to you, we have fixed the problem and everything is working properly again. Your order should ship out tomorrow (unless there are any backorders in which case we'll email you) and you should have it early next week. So sorry for the delay.

Since the site is new, we are finding things here and there that didn't make it from the old site to the new one. The hat must be one of those things. I'm out of the office until Monday so I'll add it back on then. If you want us to add the hat to your current order, call the office tomorrow morning (after 10:30 EST) and speak with Lauren.
