The retail sector of my town has this giant ugly clock on display, and it's been stopped at about quarter to five for
years.
They did an article on it in the local newspaper, comparing it to the clock tower in
Back to the Future. I'm tempted to persuade the council to change the time
to 10.04, enshrining a BTTF reference in my town.
