Is the boat race meant literally, or as metaphor? You can't be all leaders, leaders need people to lead. Why should you need to lead the school, isn't that what the management should be doing? Or is management going on a 6 month sabbatical boat cruise, and they told you all to go manage yourself while they're away. Oh boy
