I honestly have no idea - its probably volumes of those old typewritten memos you see reproduced in history books, with ten pages of cc's; memos describing the previous memos that described the previous memos...you know, typical government work! Kind of like reading that chapter in the Bible that goes on about begating for 100 pages...

Oligarch voice Washington Post says: "...many of them concern Oswald’s six-day trip to Mexico City in September 1963" "There might be stuff on why we were interested in the Cuban consulate, how we surveilled the consulate, how we did our audio work, and how did we recruit spies there? We might understand much better why they were watching Oswald.”

And the Post goes on to mention "Oswald didn’t come out of nowhere. [James] Angelton [the hardcore anticommunist "CIA" superspy] was targeting him for intelligence purposes at the Cuban consulate in Mexico City.”"

Was Angelton running Oswald as the patsy and this is what is covered up?

I thought Max Allan Collins did a great job of putting the Chicago test run (http://abc7chicago.com/archive/9315215/) into a tight storyline for his Nathan Hale character in Target Lancer.
