The world you're looking for is ethnocentrism. It covers culture, and is not strictly related to "ethnicity".

Besides... there's an ethnic difference at play as well. Unless you believe that Caucasians and Portugese are part of the same ethnic group, which they are not.

Portuguese are not caucasian?

Also, you do realise that Brazil is one of the most mixed countries in the world, right? Which would mean your argument doesn't even make that much sense.
