It's a town in Buckinghamshire (or possibly Hertfordshire). It's probably the name of a band as well, it sounds like it should be - "The Leighton Buzzards".

"The Leighton Buzzards were from Milton Keynes, or Essex or somewhere, and shot to brief fame after winning a Radio 1 new-band contest. They had one near-hit in the proto-Ska single Saturday Night Beneath The Plastic Palm Trees and the one & only album Jellied Eels To Record Deals. Their jokey New Wave pastiches failed to set the charts alight - so they mutated into the hideous Modern Romance. The great British public will never forgive them for their crimes."
