After the megatonic update I just did on this thread I'm a little woozy, but right off the top of my head and considering where we are, I'd say that list is missing:

"I'm Not There" - Sonic Youth
"Visions Of Johanna" - Lee Ranaldo (WITH: Robert Quine, Mike Watt, Anthony Coleman & Steve Shelley )
"Sitting On A Barbed Wire Fence" - Thurston, Kim & Epic Soundtracks

Willie Nelson's live "What Was It You Wanted" (1992) was excellent as well.
