Thanks for the link. I can and do cook; typically making the tortillas by hand. I'll try this mole recipe soon, if you think it's good. Since the first time, many years ago, I've shied away from it. Last night's fried turkey with rice, corn, queso fresco and mole blew my fuggin mind. I want to go back tonite, truth be told. It won't be available much longer.
