it is. but ironically in the ibs-d case doctors have got it way wrong/
only one or two are prepared to endorse the cure im doing because the science to explain exactly why it works is just not there yet, its all hypothetical since we dont know enough about the gut microbiome yet. doctors are incredibly conservative because they dont want to lose their standing endorsing things that may turn out to have side effects or are not yet proved and backed by a consensus that would not single them out.
many doctors just dont believe us when we say how bad it is and they constantly suggest things that just dont work, or slightly work but then leave us exhausted and confused and clinging to false methods.
however the future is gonna be a lot better for this condition at least.
