I don't think it necessarily blows but its definitely not as a whole on the top of my list, though to be sure there are a few fantastic songs on that record, especially live.

Of course, no SY record blows. But the more time goes by, the more I realize this might be my least favorite. The best version of Rain on Tin I ever heard was the acoustic one from the Neil Young benefit concert.
