Gnod are a real breath of fresh air in England. They were incredibly enjoyable DJs at Supernormal, even though I didn't know it was some of them spinning records at the time. And that's not to mention they put on a rock and roll show the day after which was spectacular. Neil sent me a link to pre-Gnod stuff that roots them in excellent Sabbath and embryo-Sabbath territory. It's a shame it only got put out on limited cdr but in reality it truly deserves a more widespread release . The fact that it might stay buried in the mind and souls of those who got to buy it or listen to it on the now abandoned in droves myspace is an indication that (not only)England is ignoring deserving talent at home.
