No excuse for that nonsense. I ordered a record from
Boa Melody Bar last year. They send me the wrong one (though it was a similar one that i was kinda interested in) and when i said I would post it back they said not to worry, and that they would post the original order out anyway. It was a few days late, but they more than made up for it.
