Agreed. He's by far the most interesting rapper that's actively releasing material right now. As far as weirdness goes, he touches upon levels that Kool Keith hit before his decline. Wayne seems to have picked up where MF Doom (wherever he may be right now) left off, and what's interesting is that by tossing the mass public a bone (like, say "Lollipop") he's managed to project far more unique, absurd and sometimes challenging music to a public that would normally overlook something like that.
