SYR 7 initial details revealed!

Exciting news are coming from the
Smells Like Records / Sonic Youth Records camp. Sonic Youth are putting the finishing touches on SYR 7. This Vinyl only release will feature their 2000 mythological performance of
"J'Accuse Ted Hughes" at the All Tomorrow's Parties Festival. This preformance that was described as "a twenty-minute dronefuck piece that pissed off every Guinness-swilling journalist awake at the time" will be paired with a previously unreleased studio session.
Other stuff coming soon on Smells Like Records include new albums from
Shelby Bryant and
Tony Scher.
