For the moment, yeah, but not necessarily in January after Trump takes office.

From what I can gather the most immediate casualty of Trump is Merrick Garland, Scalia's intended replacement under Obama. Garland's appointment has been deadlocked in the senate, and a lot of people want Scalia's replacement to be reflective of the new administration rather than the old. Also Garland is a DC'er, and having him around wouldn't be in compliance with "draining the swamp."

I'm pretty sure the writing's on the wall on that issue. Doubtful the senate will speed things up for Obama's pick. Why would they?

Then there's the issue of the age of the sitting justices. They're in charge of their own retirement, but two key liberal voters and one Republican who has pissed off the GOP are getting up there.
