I'm not adulating any ancient for being ancient. It's not sheer adulation either — I think "The Lonesome River" with Bob Dylan (1997),
his "O Death" from 2002 and the VU cover (2012), just to mention three performances from the last 20 years of his career, are all genuinely fuckin' bitchen.
Would it be better for you if instead of singing he was blasting atonal sax solos?
