I went to that one. What I saw was good, but not great, but I had to leave after only a few songs because of a phobia about missing last trains home.

I'll be interested to hear about this. I saw him play what I think was a commissioned piece as part of a day long Steve Reich festival and it was brilliant.
My next one: Wolfgang Voigt this Friday. I need to think of a way of being less reliant on public transport for this one.
