I have a mini Ono DVD too - her 2009 performance on
Late Night with Jimmy Fallon ("Waiting For The D Train"). It hasn't circulated (not counting the usual avi files posted on The Pirate Bay and some such shenanigans). If there's interest I'll dig it up.
