feels like a 70s film with its roots in 60s culture, and you wouldn’t know you were at the outset of the yuppie era. these were the seeds of... the good food we eat today (in the usa anyway). holy fuck. chez panisse is now a venerable institution. back then it looked like a hippie eatery!
