Didn't disturb me, just bored me. I found the opening 20 minutes, with the camera swirling around, with the nauseating sound effects, way more disturbing -- if not disturbing then definitely disorienting to the point of making me feel sick.
Not a big Irreversible fan; however, I Stand Alone is one of my all time favorite films. I think as far as so-called "disturbing" goes, the ending and the possible romance that occurs after the film is over is probably more disturbing than almost any other film imaginable.
