I said no and I guess I'd chalk it up to 2 things:
Either you have an bit of exhibitionism in you, or would be soliciting your goodies. My wife is pretty conservative as am I, but we're compatible for that reason.... because I don't need for her to be desired by others to appreciate her. Assuming, taking nude shots would be for the others to be admired, either by peers or even photographers portfolio. I know countless people that are the contrary though. And need to continually rekindle appreciation, based off of observing others people desire. It's called insecurity.
That being said, if you were taking them, not giving the photographer consent to display, and want to keep them as momento's, between yourselves... it's actually kinda charming. I think it's something that especially females should consider doing to capture their beauty in their prime and youth...... especially if you have access to photographer who's style you admire.
My solution was to take pictures of my wife myself. It's intimate, personal, what's seen through the lens is meant to be seen by me and I think it's sensual to my wife too, because she's being admired by her partner.
I've also taken nude photos of other females. My wife doesn't mind. On those occasions, they are for commercial purposes and pay the bills.... so that "might" have something to do with it.
Also, I'd be willing to bet too, that at least half of those who said "yes" would really have second thoughts if your partner was actually heading out the door to go get naked in front of a camera. Jus' sayin', easy to say "in theory"
