I'm a newbie to the board and haven't experienced any real hostility or felt excluded in any way. All in all, I've felt pretty welcome here. I got a couple of "welcome to the board" pm's and a good amount of rep from people who have been here a lot longer and have way more posts. About the worst I can say is I've gotten a couple of smartass replies here and there but so what? I've also given a few of those ... it's who I am and it comes with the territory. I like it here.
