Fly somewhere less shitty... Maybe chicago. Hang out. Buy a bus pass. See some sights. Buy a greyhound ticket and travel my ass off.
It'd be more reasonable to spend it on college, but pfft. Who needs a future when you've got 10,000$ to spend in the moment
