Living Proof from the new album...she just sang (& danced a little too)

I'm not too wild about the new album or that last one, You are Free, really either...but they are still both good albums. She's not technically a great singer, but I love the way she sings & puts the phrasing together. She's done Letterman before, but it's only natural that since soul is her gift that she is putting herself out there on network with a decidely soulful r&b-tinged tune. I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that it was Chan that asked Paul & the band to play the Al Green tonight during all the bumpers & commercial breaks.

move over Wolfmother, another flavor-of-the-month, Be Your Own Pet, will play Conan tonight.
