Since mac users don't get infected nearly so much and most don't even bother to run anti-virus programs and most also use Safari (which has known vulnerabilities, and which I definitely don't recommend using), they'd have to be making all the right decisions about what to download while pc users were making all the wrong decisions if there
wasn't something to there either being way less out there preying on macs or something about the OS that's more secure.
While I think that inane worship of a product or company is a type of dogmatism the world would be better without, reactionary denial of the strengths of a product (and note, I'm not saying strengths are invulnerabilities!) because of others' dogmatism is not the solution.
