i'm currently working on a new album (I'm always working on 5 or 6 different albums that never get official releases but aren't connected to any of my main bands).. it's called the six one-strings so far... the idea is, I'm going to record 6 different guitar tracks, and each one is going to overlap on top of each other and be mixed in a different speaker or whatever and they're each going to play little melodies or percussive sounds. each guitar track is just going to be one string, each one representing a different string on a guitar. so far, it sounds like a mix between american primitive guitar fahey-type stuff mixed with modern classical.
