I'm not saying what they are doing is right or wrong, but just curious, what do you suggest they do? I mean, Cantankerous, you would be mad about getting arrested for being out, sure, but what if they just arrested the guy who was going to rob you because he was past curfew? Would you rather get shot by this guy?
I'm not saying we should all be so suspicious and fearful of everyone, but it sounds like this place is pretty bad and they have to really crack down to get it under control.
