There is only place that's worthy of my shoe-shopping money: Zappos.
They have a huge inventory, and they always ship free. When you order, mark that you want the standard shipping and about five minutes later you get an e-mail saying your shipping has been upgraded to overnight delivery free of charge.
Of course, you live overseas, right, nicfit? Not sure what they do about that. But I can say their customer service is second to none.
