My secrets to a healthy life:
No cigarettes.
Minimal alcohol.
The occasional pot smoke but not routinely.
Exercise:
- daily, 1-hour cardio and body sculpt workout including hand weights and ab crunching.
- 3 days week minimum, 20 minute run in place with weights, 30 situps, 40 pushups
Healthy diet: minimal red meat, load up on the veggies and fruits
Give in to cravings but don't overindulge (in other words, don't deny yourself the things you love like chocolate and beer but don't overdo them)
Meditation
Enjoy art, music, literature at least once a day
Steer clear of viewing reality shows
6-8 hours of sleep, on a regular schedule
