I'm not too keen on my name, even though I picked it instead of something funny here.
Reasons : it doesn't match my surname, which is Italian. I have remote relatives in Italy. Never could pronounce Bertrand properly. Neither did most of the English I met (Beltro, Bernard, Alberto... pfff). My brother's first name has an Italian equivalent; I don't and always felt parts of my roots had been cut off.
Second : I don't like it written down; the middle t looks like a mirror, reflecting opening b and closing d. Too much symetry makes it feel like a prison with these walls rising at both ends.

No more whining : and now for something completely different, a little game !

A friend told me how to create your own porn-actor/actress name :
Pick your middle name (I couldn't play there as I've none, not even a - sois charitable Bertrand - Josselin - désolé). Add your very first pet animal name to it and there you go !

I was flabbergasted at thinking my library pal ended up with Giuseppe Bigoudi. I kept laughing sporadically all through lunch.
