She herself is not ugly. She is somewhere between average and pretty.
But she has the weirdest hair. It is dyed black, with weird white skunk bits, and it is unnaturally voluminous in the oddest parts. The snake bit piercings, the make up, clothes, attitude. It all adds up to an unattractive person in the end.
