You named two of the weakest games on the Saturn. The Saturn was one of the greatest gaming systems ever, you just had to be able to play Japanese games. I STILL play my Saturn and still shop for Saturn games all the time.
Oh - and I own Panzer Dragoon Saga and Burning Rangers.
NEO GEO was a home arcade machine. The cartridges were actually arcade roms - hence the outrageous price. If you like fighting games then Neo Geo was amazing.
