Back in the '30s they were finding torsos - arms, legs and head removed - in Cleveland rivers. The amputations were surgically precise and the toros had been embalmed in a home made solution.
I hope the Canadians catch whoever is doing this before it becomes another Robert Pickerton - he killed 49 women from the early 1980s to early 2002. He was only caught when a prescription inhaler belonging to one of the victims was found during a raid on his property in relation to illegal firearms!
