Nah.
Besides, around 80% of dope smoked in the UK these days is skunk, the vast majority of which is grown here rather than imported - since the original reclassification in 1998 there's been a massive increase in professional growing operations, encouraged by a maximum jail penalty of 2 years (which will increase to 5 once it's back at class B).
Supplies of imported hash has already seen an equally large drop, which in turn means that the wholesale price has almost doubled in the last 3 years or so. Or so I've heard, anyway
