I'm used to huge exams-I study medicine in Italy (I remember I announced here my admission years ago...) and everyone is obsessed with theory, rather than practice... so it happens you waste you ass over exams for 6 years after that you know a lot about receptors, trasduction of signals, electrophysiology of ass'hair etc. while you can't almost measure blood pressure... it's a weird system.
I ve had exams which needed a preparation time of 3-3.5 months. it ends you breakdowm and it's really impossible to remember anything.
now I compress a lot the studying time, reading/mentally repeating/sketching a fast scheme/rationalising.
I'm very anxious in general (ask my girlfriend), but it happens I'm apparentely quiete for an exam while I dump all my tension over other relationships. I turn cynical and very acid, this is no good.
Running is the best way to breath the stress out.
using pills is for assholes.
What pills would you take when you will have job interviews?
or before your wedding (or any other "nervous" day)
or after losing a job?
I dont want to have a huge fibrotic liver at 40...
