It is a pain having to deal w/ those adaptors. I have a record clamp, so it's doule the process for me. I have to lay the 7" in the adaptor, remove the adaptor, then clamp w/ a Rek-O-Kut disc clamp.

Or how about lead out tracks that have continuos loops. I know
Double Nickles On The Dime had them.
