I used to have a killer team, a bunch of selected supersoldiers and a bunch of nerds with super psychic powers, the supersoldiers flying around spotting aliens, the nerds hidden in the ship, "mentally controlling" the aliens and forcing them to drop the weapons, then the following round I'd just land near the aliens with the supersoldiers and stun them with the electric rod, put them in the backpacks and get back to the ship. ha hahahaaa!
Obviosuly some missions were waaaay harder (like those panik in town missions) , but that was the regular plan for those simple alien crash sites. soooo cool.
