Its hard to say what the future of a lot of old buildings in Omaha is. Besides being prone to fires, their new enemy is city government who is constantly knocking things down to put up new things. At the same time, many historic buildings have been remolded and renovated, made into loft apartments, art studios, and concert halls. Downtown Omaha is going through a renaissance and its quite exciting.

do you work at said arts venue, it is a beautiful looking concert hall and the cluster of spks apears to be meyer m1 or m2d's nice, looks great, love to see the rest of the PA
this is the one i work in, it is the best job and lots of fun, im quite lucky
