I can't lately either. I've done that thing where you badly screw up your natural schedule of sleep by staying out way too late for like more than 3 nights in a row. Now my body won't let me fall asleep until like 4 or 5 am. I hate it.
Another shitty thing that happens is I'll try to go to sleep at like 10 or 11 pm. I fall asleep no problem but I wake up at 3 am sharp, everytime, and then I'm unable to go back to sleep. I'll lie there trying like hell to relax and fall asleep but like 8 hours go by, 10 am comes, and I am super super pissed off.
